Coming Into Your Own (CIYO) is a pionner leadership program for women in transition. And who is not in transition nowadays?

Three years ago, after experiencing first hand the positive transformative power that this program had in me, I decided to become a facilitator of the program.

The program, as all good leadership retreats is difficult to describe, so I won’t attempt to do it. Instead I’d like to share a quote from Mary Sarton that greatly captures the spirit of it:

“Now I become myself.

It has taken time, many years and places.

I have been dissolved and shaken,

Worn other people’s faces…”

After a CIYO workshop I co-facilitated last June in France, here’s an edition we’ve put together with an amazing group of co-hosts I have the privilege to work with: Barbara Cecil, director of the Ashland Institute and founder of the program, Barbara Lawton, coach and leadership professor at Colorado University and Laurie Shiparski, experienced coach and facilitator.

If you are a women in transition or know one that could benefit from it, here’s the brochure.
